Customer service is the support provided by a company to its customers before, during, and after a purchase, aimed at ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance through various channels such as in-person, phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Converting customers into passionate evangelists
- Communicate with customers, email and live chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms collaborate on projects to improve support tools and processes.
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Have a min of 1 years of work experience in BPO clients for CS or
- Preferred experience in B2B or Financial Services
- Fluent in English both of Written and Reading (min. B1 Intermediate - B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)
- Communicative.
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.
- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA.
