Responsibilities

  • Handling Live Chats.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media.
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
  • Updating customers profile into computer.
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates welcome!
  • High School grads with CS BPO experience
  • English B2 minimum
  • Excellent written English
  • Communicative
  • Willing to work in PERMANENT NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
  • Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
