Overview

As a Japanese Customer Service, you will handle Japan market, answering customer's inquiries and complaints through call and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Answering an Incoming call (Inbound)

  • Handle Customer Inquiries

  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information

  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues

  • Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures

  • Complete All Call Logs

  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service

  • Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution

Qualifications

  • Diploma ( with 1 year experience) & Bachelor degree fresh graduate

  • C1/B2 English Proficiency

  • N1 and/or N2 JPY language proficiency

  • Fluent in Speaking/Writing in English

  • Pass BGV proccess 

  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Available to work in Jakarta Office, RDTX Square
